Make a Great First Impression with a
Professional Business Headshot - today!
Being a Las Vegas Photographer and Business Owner for almost 15 years, I know the importance of a Professional Headshot. The need for your photo, is often last minute, so stay ahead of the game and get your headshot done BEFORE you need it!
Business Headshots are being used for your Web Site, LinkedIn Page, Facebook Page and your Google+ page. You can also use it for your Business Cards, Promotional Flyer and Brochures. You might need it for a book cover, a speaker presentation, or a magazine article. Sometimes the need is immediate and you don't have time to schedule a portrait session in time for the deadline, so I recommend to always have an updated Business Headshot on hand.
Currently I am running a special for Studio Headshots! For the week of October 6th, you can schedule a Studio Headshot session for only $99! Email me today at email@example.com for availability. Make sure to mention this blog when you contact us!
My special talent, is to make you relax in front of the camera so you look natural, professional, and confident.

How to Get the shot and Make it Look Easy!
Convention photography might look easy – but there are a lot involved in capturing that perfect photo! My 14 years as a Convention and Tradeshow photographer in Las Vegas has taught me a lot about getting those perfect shots without being intrusive or miss a beat.
I always prepare thoroughly before a convention photography assignment. I have detailed conversations with the client, to make sure I have all the scheduling and event information that I need. I always arrive early for the job, so that I have time to meet with the client and review any last minute information and/or changes, and still have enough time to set up my gear and be ready to shoot at scheduled start time.
I check my camera gear thoroughly before each photography assignment. I service my camera equipment on a regular basis, I make sure all my photo gear is in working condition, batteries are charged, the sensors and lenses are clean, I have plenty of extra memory cards, and at least one set of extra camera body, lens, and flash.
To prepare for an out of state or an international assignment, is a lot more involved. I have to make sure I choose the right airline considered the amount of equipment I need to bring and it’s very important to pack your photo gear correctly so it doesn’t get damaged. Hotel room needs to be booked, online location scouting, and check the weather forecast. I have to make sure I bring the correct battery chargers and adapters if I travel to Europe or Australia with 220V, and of course make sure my passport is current and that I have all the visas required.
After photographing corporate events, conferences, conventions and tradeshows for 14 years, I know my gear inside and out; I can adjust my cameras settings blind folded. Convention photography is fast-paced and unpredictable, and there is no time to hesitate on angles, settings, or exposure; I don’t have to think, I just shoot.
I’m always friendly and courteous among the convention attendees, speakers and exhibitors. A friendly smile goes a long way. I know when it’s appropriate to approach and interact, and when I should stand back, capture from a distance, without disrupting.
Convention photography is physically demanding and often involves long days, and walking miles and miles, carrying heavy equipment. All my camera gear is top quality; the fastest lenses and the best quality cameras, and they are heavy. I exercise and live a healthy life style, to enable me to carry heavy cameras, move fast, and shoot long days without slowing down or miss a shot. I make sure to have snacks in my bag to ensure I don’t run out of energy.
To be an excellent convention photographer, I anticipate a lot; where to go for a good shot, what will happen next, who will crack up in a big smile, where will the speaker look next and where will the action take place next.
A very important part of successful convention photography is the post processing and delivery. I review all photos, I sort and edit, delivering only the best images. All photos are processed, adjusted and corrected for optimum look and quality. The photos are organized, and renamed for easy access for the client.
I provide photography services for all size of events and conventions. For larger assignments, my photographers and I work together as a team. We cover the entire job with the same high quality, professionalism and always with a good attitude. We dress and act professionally and always with a smile!
As a great convention photographer I leave nothing to chance!
Traveling Photography - for Work and PleasureTraveling Photography - to travel to interesting places all over the world and photograph and capture their beauty and uniqueness. I am blessed and fortunate, in that my photography career involves travel to many interesting and beautiful places, both in the US and around the world. Whenever possible, I take the opportunity to combine “business with pleasure” and extend my stay to allow me to enjoy the location and spend time photographing the surroundings. Here are a few photos from my visit to Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia after I photographed the WOCCU International Conference in Ottawa, Canada.
